At Roxanne Assoulin, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pack Your Jewelry
Carefully place the jewelry in its original colorful pouch and branded box to ensure it is protected during transit, then seal it in a secure shipping mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then wait 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
